By accessing or using Floresco.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.

2. Who We Work With

Floresco.ai is intended for business use only—specifically for executive search firms and professionals.

By using the Service, you confirm that you:

  • Are authorised to represent your organisation
  • Will use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

3. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or confidential third-party data without consent
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service
  • Interfere with the Service's operation or access it using automated scripts
  • Use the Service for any purpose other than internal business use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any misuse.

4. Ownership & IP

All intellectual property related to:

  • The underlying technology
  • Agent logic
  • Designs, processes, and architecture

...remains the exclusive property of Floresco.ai or its licensors.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g. CVs, briefs, notes), and we never claim rights over your firm's data.

We do, however, reserve the right to use anonymised and aggregated usage data to improve system performance and model quality.

5. Availability & Uptime

We aim to provide high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

From time to time, we may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily impact the Service.

We are not liable for any loss or disruption resulting from outages or technical issues.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

  • That outputs will be error-free or accurate
  • That the Service will meet your specific expectations
  • That use of the Service will directly result in placements, revenue, or business outcomes

You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated output before sharing with clients.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floresco.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including loss of revenue, profit, or data—arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access with notice if you violate these Terms or if your usage poses a security or legal risk.

All provisions related to IP, liability, disclaimers, and data ownership will survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
